★ Lubrication
To prevent foreign objects from entering the spline nut or lubricant leakage, the ball spline is equipped with a special synthetic rubber sealing ring with strong wear resistance.

When using, please inject the same type of grease into the lubrication hole of the spline nut again after trial operation before starting the mechanical equipment.
Afterwards, please replenish the same lubricating grease as necessary according to the usage situation.
In addition, the replenishment time of lubricating grease varies depending on the usage conditions. Generally, when using it, the lubricating grease should be replenished or exchanged based on a running distance of 100km (6 months to 1 year).
★ Dustproof
If dust and other foreign objects enter the ball spline, it will cause abnormal wear and shorten the service life, so it is necessary to prevent foreign objects from entering the outer cylinder of the spline.
Therefore, when dust and other foreign objects are expected to enter, it is necessary to choose a sealing device or dust-proof device that meets the environmental conditions for use.
