F T: Temperature coefficient
When the operating environment temperature of the ball spline exceeds 100 ℃, considering the adverse effects caused by high temperature, the service life should be calculated by multiplying by Figure 1
Temperature coefficient.
At the same time, ball splines also have products that correspond to high temperatures.
Note: When the ambient temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the materials of the sealing ring and retainer must be replaced with corresponding high-temperature specification materials. For detailed information, please call the screw manufacturer's phone number for consultation.

F C: Contact coefficient
When the spline nut guided by linear motion is tightly used, it is difficult to achieve uniform load distribution due to the influence of torque load or installation surface accuracy. Therefore, when using multiple spline nuts closely together, please multiply the corresponding contact coefficients in Table 6 by the basic rated loads (C) and (C 0).
Note: In large installations, if uneven load distribution is expected, please consider the contact coefficient in Table 6.

F W: Load factor
Machinery that usually performs reciprocating motion is often accompanied by vibration or impact during operation, especially when it comes to accurately calculating the vibrations generated during high-speed operation and all the impacts caused by frequent starting and stopping. Therefore, when the actual load acting on the ball spline cannot be obtained, or when the influence of speed and vibration is significant, please divide the basic rated load (C) and (C0) by the load coefficient obtained based on experience in Table 7.
