Rotating ball screw and ball spline

The nut rotating ball screw is a special bearing sleeve installed on the outer diameter of the nut to make it operate. By rotating or stopping the nut, it can move in two modes (rotation and spiral) with only one shaft. The rotary ball spline is equipped with a special bearing sleeve on the outer diameter of the spline outer cylinder to make it operate. By rotating or stopping the outer cylinder, it is possible to perform two modes of motion (rotation, straight line) using only one axis. The rotary ball screw spline can perform three modes of movement (rotation, spiral, and linear) with only one shaft by rotating or stopping the nut/outer cylinder. Suitable for horizontal multi joint robotic arms (SCARA), industrial robots, automatic loaders, laser processing machines, conveyors, ATC devices in machining centers, etc., it is most suitable for use in combination devices of rotational and linear motion.
The spline rotation direction has zero clearance/high positioning accuracy, and the contact angle between the nut and the steel ball is 40 °. It adopts a bearing DB type (back-to-back combination) design. Due to the wide span between the effective centers of the ball groove, this design is particularly suitable for bearing moment loads.
High speed/smooth operation, the rotating series screws are all designed with high lead, allowing for high-speed and smooth movement.
Low noise/high rigidity, through high-precision grinding technology, the steel ball smoothly travels along the tangent direction inside the nut, reducing the noise and friction caused by obstruction.
Easy to install/space saving, the nut is integrated with the bearing sleeve, the nut has a small volume, and the assembly space is large. When assembling, simply lock the screws and bearing sleeves onto the support seat, which is very convenient.
