Selection of Ball Spline

Ball spline (shaft) is an innovative linear motion system, where precise linear motion and torque transmission are achieved through balls. In addition, the biggest difference between ball splines (shafts) and ordinary splines is that they can apply preload to a single nut. Therefore, this type of spline is more suitable for special requirements such as vibration, load impact, high-precision positioning, high-speed motion, etc. The ball spline has two rows of balls symmetrically distributed at 180 °, ensuring precise movement of the spline shaft nut.

3. If any abnormalities are found during use, they should be checked, cleaned, and greased in a timely manner. Prevent further damage.
