and transmit torque in precision ground rolling grooves. It adopts a unique contact point design with a larger contact angle (40 °), which not only has high sensitivity, but also greatly improves the load capacity. It is suitable for environments with excessive vibration and impact loads, high positioning accuracy requirements, and high-speed motion performance, and can also play an effective role in such environments. At the same time, even when used instead of linear ball bushings, the rated load of ball splines is more than ten times that of linear bushings with the same shaft diameter, making the design very compact. Even under cantilever loads, torques, and other effects, it can be safely used and has high durability.
Ball spline structure
Ball splines can be divided into two types: SLF with flange and SLT without flange. Due to the size of the shaft diameter, the contact path of the steel balls can be divided into 2 rows (180 °) (SLF/SLT6~20) and 4 rows (70 °) (SLF/SLT25~50). In addition, hollow shafts are also available for selection.
The ball spline has three rows of loading slots on the outer diameter of the shaft. Due to the use of Gothic arched groove design, it can ensure that the three grooves can simultaneously withstand clockwise or counterclockwise torque, thereby improving service life and rigidity.
The ball on the ball rack is recycled to prevent the ball from falling off the spline nut during assembly. Large load capacity
Each groove of the shaft is precisely ground to form a 30 ° angle contact point. Therefore, this model has significant load-bearing capacity in both radial and torque directions.
No angular gap
Provide preload in the angular contact structure at a contact angle of 30 °. This eliminates angular gaps in the direction of rotation and increases rigidity.
high rigidity
Due to its large contact angle, it can provide appropriate preload based on availability. Therefore, it can achieve higher rigidity and greater torque.
Ball retaining type
Use a ball cage to prevent the ball from detaching from the spline nut during assembly.
